STEAM in Action: Student-Designed Arcade Comes to Life
Dani DeGraw

In STEAM, 4th and 5th graders planned and designed their own arcade games using cardboard and recycled materials. On Tuesday, December 23rd, they transformed the main gym into an arcade, inviting younger students to play their games and earn tickets. The tickets were then entered into raffles, giving students a chance to win prizes. Well done 4th and 5th graders!

Third Graders Combine Digital Design and Storytelling
Dani DeGraw

Third grade welcomed Tech Coach Dr. DeGraw into their classrooms for a Canva technology lesson. Students designed their own winter-themed scenes, featuring themselves inside a snow globe! The activity was followed by a writing piece where students wrote a story about being stuck in a snow globe! Great job third graders!
